Annual dues and benefits

Happy Life Premium: Individual and Family

Happy Life Premium dues may be made on a one-time basis or installment basis scaled through the first three months of the membership. Happy Life Premium memberships become effective upon receipt of full payment of annual dues.

An automatic 20% discount is applied at each renewal for memberships that did not record any claim in the previous year, and 10% for memberships that have recorded at least one claim. The benefits remain unchanged until the member decides to switch to plans.

Happy Life Group

Happy Life Group dues may be made on a one-time basis or installment basis scaled through the first three months of the membership. Happy Life Premium memberships become effective upon receipt of full payment of annual dues.

The Happy Life Group first annual due represents a baseline contribution towards the membership fees. Each time that a claim is successfully processed, an amount will be subtracted from every member contribution from all groups to satisfy the face amount claimed. At renewal, members of the group will only be required to pay the balance attributable to all successful claims incurred during the previous membership period. The balance shall not exceed the contribution paid at signing regardless of the number of claims. All members will automatically receive a quarterly statement to keep track of claims and balances.
